SANTIAGO DE CUBA

Day 1: Arrival at the airport serving Holguín or Santiago de Cuba , assistance and transfer to your hotel. Check-in and dinner in the hotel.

SANTIAGO DE CUBA

Day 2: Breakfast. Orientation meeting. Visit Gran Piedra Mountain , which is topped by the largest boulder in the Caribbean and from which you get a wonderful view. Visit the La Isabélica Coffee Plantation. Have lunch in the restaurant on Granma Cay. Tour Santiago de Cuba , the second most important city in Cuba . Filled with both music and history, it is considered the capital of the eastern part of the island and birthplace of the son and of the Cuban Revolution. Visit the Moncada Garrison, Céspedes Park , the Piracy Museum (in Morro Castle ), Santa Ifigenia Cemetery and the house in which Diego Velázquez lived. Return to your hotel for dinner.

SANTIAGO DE CUBA - CAMAGUEY

Day 3: Breakfast. Departure for Bayamo. On the way, visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Charity of El Cobre. Visit the city of Bayamo , having lunch in a local restaurant. Then go on to Camaguey . Check-in and dinner in your hotel. Evening free.

 CAMAGUEY - TRINIDAD

Day 4: Breakfast. Departure for Trinidad , passing through the city of Ciego de Ávila on the way. Go on a panoramic tour of the city of Sancti Spíritus . Have lunch in a local restaurant. Then go on to the Manaca-Iznaga Tower, in Sugarmill Valley, one of the most prosperous areas in Cuba in the 17th and 18th centuries, which still preserves its splendor—and whose economy is still based on sugarcane. Arrival in Trinidad . Check-in and dinner in your hotel. Trinidad Evening show.

TRINIDAD - CIENFUEGOS

Day 5: Breakfast. Go on a panoramic tour of the city of Trinidad , which UNESCO has declared to be a part of world heritage. Visit the Romantic Museum and the La Canchánchara Bar. Have lunch in the Don Antonio Restaurant . Then go on to Cienfuegos . Visit the dolphin aquarium. Check-in and dinner in your hotel.

CIENFUEGOS - SANTA CLARA - GUAMA - HAVANA

Day 6: Breakfast. Go on a panoramic tour of the city of Cienfuegos . Departure for Santa Clara . Visit the Ernesto Che Guevara Monument and the armored train. Have a panoramic tour of the city. Departure for Montemar Park . Have lunch at La Boca. Visit the Taino Indian village and the crocodile-breeding center. Then go on to Havana . Check-in and dinner in your hotel. Evening at the Riviera Hotel’s Copa Room Cabaret.

HAVANA

Day 7: Breakfast. Orientation meeting. Tour of the city, visiting Old Havana, which UNESCO has declared to be a part of world heritage. See Cathedral, Arms, San Francisco de Asís and Old Squares. Have lunch. In the afternoon, go on a panoramic tour of the Capitol, Central Park , Fraternity Park , Revolution Square, the Bocoy Rum Distillery and Colón Cemetery . Return to your hotel. Leave your hotel to watch the 9 p.m. cannon-firing ceremony. Have dinner in a local restaurant.

Day 8: Breakfast. Free time in Havana while waiting for your international flight. Transfer to the airport (or to a hotel if you want to extend your stay) included.
