Day 2: Breakfast. Visit Gran Piedra Mountain , which is topped by the largest boulder in the Caribbean and from which you get a wonderful view. Visit the La Isabélica Coffee Plantation and Siboney Farm, where the young revolutionaries who attacked the Moncada Garrison in 1953 spent the night prior to the attack. Have lunch in the restaurant on Granma Cay. Go on a tour of Santiago de Cuba , visiting the Moncada Garrison, Céspedes Park , the Piracy Museum , Santa Ifigenia Cemetery and the house in which Diego Velázquez lived. Return to your hotel for dinner.

SANTIAGO DE CUBA - BAYAMO - PINARES DE MAYARI

Day 3: Breakfast. Departure for Bayamo. On the way, visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Charity of El Cobre.Visit the city of Bayamo , which Diego Velázquez founded in 1513, and have lunch in a local restaurant. Then go on to Pinares de Mayarí, visiting the Birán Farm on the way. Check-in and dinner in the Pinares de Mayarí Hotel.

PINARES DE MAYARI

Day 4: Breakfast. Visit the La Mensura Estate, Guayabo Waterfall, La Sabina Trail and Rafael’s Pool. Have a country-style lunch. Go hiking on mountain paths. Return to your hotel for dinner and a farm party.

PINARES DE MAYARI - BARACOA

Day 5: Breakfast. Departure for Saetía Cay. Free time at the beach. Have lunch there. Then go on to Baracoa . Check-in and dinner in your hotel.

Day 6: Breakfast. Go on a tour of the first Spanish settlement in Cuba . Visit cacao and coffee plantations. Have lunch at Rancho Toa. Afternoon free. Have dinner in your hotel.
